This document provides step-by-step guidance for obtaining an LBA in each state where we currently operate.
To begin the process, click directly on the hyperlinked state name for the state in which you would like to obtain licensure. Each link will take you to the appropriate licensing board website and application instructions.
After submitting your application and completing payment, please use the LBA Expansion Form linked here to indicate the state(s) in which you obtained licensure, upload a copy of your receipt for each state, and provide your updated home address. Submission of the completed form and required documentation will initiate the reimbursement process. Please note that reimbursement is only provided after you have completed 90 days and 40 hours with a client.

*Please note that effective March 15, all newly onboarded LBA cases will be compensated up to $75/hour due to recent insurance reimbursement reductions, regardless of compensation rates in other entities or states. Licensure costs for new states may still be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
