Frequently Asked Questions:
What is Keeper?
Keeper is an App that allows you to access a portion of your earnings and provides same-day pay. This way, if you need to access the money you’ve earned during the day, you don’t have to wait until your next pay date.
Is there a transaction fee? Is the transaction fee per day or per session?
Yes, there is a $4.95 transaction fee per withdrawal. Every time you withdraw money using Keeper, there is a transaction fee of $4.95. This is why we recommend that you withdraw all the available money that you are going to use in a single transaction, instead of several small transactions.
Can pre approved, non-billable sessions also be processed through Keeper?
Yes. However, only up to $7.25 per hour can be accessed for non-billable sessions through Keeper. Any remaining balance will be included in the regular payroll on the associated pay date.
Is there a maximum amount I can withdraw? How often can I cash out per day/week?
Yes, employees can withdraw up to 75% of their net earnings, and can only cash out up to $200 in a given day.
You can cash out as many times as you like, as long as you haven’t reached your cap of $200 a day and $2,800 over a pay period.
Can I cancel a transaction if I withdraw accidentally?
If the money was sent to your debit card, there is no way to cancel the transaction.
Who should I reach out to for technical issues with the Keeper app?
Employees should reach out to Keeper customer service at 929-415-4080
IHow can I keep track of the money paid through Keeper and the money paid in my regular payroll?
This information will be available in the pay stubs you receive with each payroll through Emepon.
Why do I see a JPMORGAN CHASE BANK bank account in my Empeon account, under my direct deposit information, if I haven't added it or authorized its use?
The Keeper JPMORGAN CHASE BANK account is where Keeper receives the paybacks from the employees for what you have disbursed. This bank account will remain on your employee’s profile in Empeon, but only the amount owed will be deducted. Please note that the payback is everything you disburse, plus the processing fee. For example, if you disburse $100, then the payback will be $104.95.
