BK Academy was created to disseminate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) knowledge to anyone interested, regardless of background or experience. Our goal is to make ABA accessible while creating a supportive pathway for those who want to grow in the field.

Training & Onboarding FAQ
How do I start training?
We’ll email your login details for Rethink. Use your email and temporary password to log in.
Is the training paid?
The initial training is unpaid, but you can earn a bonus after completing training and working 90 days.
Is there additional training?
Yes! BK Academy provides ongoing training and support, including instructor-led classes, study sessions, video modeling, mock practice opportunities, mentorship, and a digital resource hub to help you strengthen your skills throughout your role.
In addition, we offer one paid training on session notes. You can retake that training anytime, but only your first training is paid.
How do I qualify for a bonus?
To qualify, you must:
- Complete the course in at least 5 days
- Finish within 4 weeks
- Work 90 days with a client
Bonus Structure:
- Finish within 1 week → 100% ($900)
- Finish within 2 weeks → 75% ($675)
- Finish within 3 weeks → 50% ($450)
- Finish within 4 weeks → 25% ($225)
Timing starts when you’re added to Rethink. Bonuses are paid after your 90th day, on the following pay period.
How do I get a case?
After you graduate BK Academy a recruiter will reach out to discuss available cases in your area. Once they discuss options with you they will set you up to meet with a case manager who for an interview, you’ll meet with a case manager for an interview and case options. Once you complete onboarding paperwork, you’ll receive an alert from Empeon and a confirmation call from your case manager with your start date.
How do I start on a case?
If a case is a good fit, your case manager will send you a referral email with your start date and the family’s address.
When do I meet the family?
You’ll meet the family in person on your first day.
Is mileage paid?
No. However, you can choose clients based on location, and you’re never required to accept a case that’s too far.
