BK Behavior offers multiple paths for growth. Every new BCBA begins with our 6-month cohort-based training program, where you’ll gain invaluable mentorship, unlimited practical resources, and confidence.
From there, you can grow into higher benefit tiers based on your hours. Down the line you can pursue leadership roles such as Lead BCBA or even potentially Clinical Director.
Will I have to pay for my own CEUs?
No. BK Behavior provides free access to CEUs to support your ongoing professional development.
What does the first 6 months at BK Behavior look like?
You’ll complete onboarding and credentialing while participating in our 6-month BCBA training cohort. This includes 13 hours of structured training led by experienced leaders covering case management, supervision, family collaboration, leadership skills, and more. By the end, you’ll be fully credentialed, clinically confident, and supported by a peer group.
What is the typical work schedule like?
Work schedules vary depending on family needs and your tier, but most BCBAs enjoy steady weekly hours with flexibility built in. You’ll know your caseload in advance so you can plan your week.
How does BK Behavior support work-life balance?
