Keeper is an optional application that empowers providers with same-day pay, allowing immediate access to a portion of their earned wages.

How It Works

  1. Download the App: Search for "Keeper Same Day Pay" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and download the application.
  2. Set Up Your Account: Follow the prompts within the app to add the necessary information and configure your account.
  3. Monitor Your Pay: Once set up, you can easily view your available pay balances and sessions directly in the app.
  4. Clock In and Out: Ensure you use Rethink to submit your sessions.
  5. Instant Access: After clocking out, a portion of your earned pay becomes immediately available in your Keeper app for withdrawal. Please note: There is a daily maximum withdrawal limit of $200, and a small transaction fee applies per withdrawal.
  6. Remaining Balance: On your scheduled pay date, you will receive the remaining balance of your earnings.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Keeper?

A: Keeper is an App that allows you to access a portion of your earnings and provides same-day pay. This way, if you need to access the money you've earned during the day, you don't have to wait until your next pay date.

Q: Is there a transaction fee? Is the transaction fee per day or per session?

A: Yes, there is a $4.95 transaction fee per withdrawal. Every time you withdraw money using Keeper, there is a transaction fee of $4.95. This is why we recommend that you withdraw all the available money that you are going to use in a single transaction, instead of several small transactions.

Q: Can pre approved, non-billable sessions also be processed through Keeper?

A: Yes. However, only up to $7.25 per hour can be accessed for non-billable sessions through Keeper. Any remaining balance will be included in the regular payroll on the associated pay date.

Q: Is there a maximum amount I can withdraw? How often can I cash out per day/week?

A: Yes, employees can withdraw up to 75% of their net earnings, and can only cash out up to $200 in a given day.

You can cash out as many times as you like, as long as you haven’t reached your cap of $200 a day and $2,800 over a pay period.

Q: Can I cancel a transaction if I withdraw accidentally?

A: If the money was sent to your debit card, there is no way to cancel the transaction.

Q: Who should I reach out to for technical issues with the Keeper app?

A: Employees should reach out to Keeper customer service at 929-415-4080
